Our approach to produce ginseng polysaccharides (GPS) in nano size scale is by using microfludic technique. Synthesis of the PS in nanoscale can open the route for more bioactivities by allowing PS to bypass the barrier of the gastrointestinal tract, indeed it has been reported that nano-processing of GPS can potentially enhance their bioactivity.
