Ultra Performance Chromatography (UPLC) has the advantage of fast analysis, high peak capacity, great resolution, and good sensitivity which makes it possible to perform efficient separation in short periods of time. At our company, UPLC is utilized for the analysis of ginseng polysaccharides (GPS) and fractionated solution to give us a chance to gain better understanding of the diversity and heterogeneity of GPS.
